- Extensive market research and undertaking customer requirements of theassigned regions in terms of launching new courses. - Contacting corporate clients for different training opportunities.- End to end customer service with organizations for arranging training in-house or open-house classroom in assigned region.- Interaction with the HR managers, training and development decision makersto arrange professional certification trainings.- Account management for PMP and ITIL. Providing proposals which arecompelling to clients and commercially rewarding.- Achieving sales target and developing business within the company policy.Revenue and expense reporting for the assigned geographies.- Manage clear communication and ability to articulate problems / issues to theclient to elicit solutions. - Develop strategies for cost cutting on operation and improving ROI.
