In charge of targeting the right type of Contact for the specified Campaign by looking at all its information stored in our systems, building the proper profile to target and extracting the information to provide the results to the Vendor so the Campaign can be executed.
  • Perform List Pulls & Segmentation, consulting and supporting to extract targeted Contact information for Marketing Campaign usage (Telemarketing, Email and/or Direct Mail)

Improved backlog maintenance and "In Production" units report - From one day to two hours, allowing a better planning in managing In stock units and new requests.
