· Technical Leader
· Provide guidance and training to newcomers.
· Receive problem escalation from 1st level support.
· Migrate systems and create documentation for 1st support.
· Produce reports to suit relevant occurrences and directly contact customers
· Perform the reset of the computer system based on procedures.
· Execute batch processing and initiate correction action to meet online target.
· Execute Monitor operation of computer system including all peripheral equipment to identify potential problems on a 24x7 operation.
· Perform mainframe batch and console monitoring.
· Prepare incident reports for proper documentation and resolution.
· Provide first level problem determination, escalation and resolution based on approved recovery procedures.
