I am an online marketing & entrepreneurial passionate. Since my first contribution to a Start Up, I knew I wanted to learn more about online marketing to be able to ultimately create my own Start Up. Back then, just graduated, I had many ideas in my head but neither enough money nor knowledge to build a company.

So I started working for other Start Ups, (check my work experience in the sections below for more details) at first I worked as an Email Marketing intern at an Ecommerce Flash Selling Platform , where I was part of the initial team. After this awesome experience I moved into an early stage Marketing Agency, I worked there for more than a year as Head of Online Marketing. After I joined a bigger online marketing agency, that specialised in marketing for independent hotels and small chains. There I managed a team of up to 4 people working on PPC Campaigns, UX, Analytics, SEO & PPC Budgets... 

After 5 years of experience I was ready to start my own company.

As Product owner I have lead a team of up to 6 people, that has developed and launched the websites and continues optimizing week after week the experience of our users, customers and partners, helping them navigate the painful, yet crucial task of resume writing and interview preparation.

In the B2C field I've also designed and implemented our customer acquisition and growth strategy, working mainly on SEO, SEM, email marketing and CRO, where we've managed to increase the overall CR from 0.10% to 0.40% in 3 months thanks to the implementation of funnels with in-app messages and emails aiming to convert them to paid users, as well as an onboarding process to help candidates make the most of their premium account.

Beyond the numbers, by far my greatest accomplishment has been having build an amazing founder team with a brilliant full-stack software developer and infrastructure engineer, that has build the platform from scratch, and a world class recruiter and career coach that has helped us shape our vision and provide a much better service for our clients and users.

Keteka is a Marketplace where travelers go to find, plan, and book genuine off-the-beaten path experiences.

I landed keteka.com when the company was bootstrapped and had 5 employees. As the SEO & SEM manager I designed major changes on the market place structure, designed and started to implement an SEO Strategy for +1500 target keywords and tested +40 SEM broad Terms to later shut down non-profitable campaigns and get ROIs of up to 20 USD on profitable campaigns.

Along with the rest of the team I also participated in the redesign of the UI, with a big focus on CRO. As a part of this I proposed the implementation of a new chat that end up taking the Conversion Rate to up to 1%, thanks of course to the amazing job the CRM Team did.

Serhs is the leading tourism company in Catalonia. As a part of its wide range of services to bring excellence to tourism companies, Serhs Group offers online marketing services through an agency under the name of Hoteljuice. Hoteljuice offers marketing services such as web development, revenue management, booking engine services and online marketing services. The agency worked exclusively with companies in the hospitality industry worldwide and has a clear goal: helping Hotels to grow their direct and online revenues through their websites.

As the SEO & SEM manager I lead a team of 3 people in charge of increasing traffic and the CR of our clients.

My main tasks were:

• Planned and supervised the implementation of broad SEO strategies to drive more relevant traffic for our clients(On-page, Off-page strategy, Keyword strategy, monitoring results, blogging strategy...).
• Supervised web migrations (UX, Redirects, sitemaps, etc.)
• Planned, executed, and optimized SEM & RTB campaigns for our clients (Search campaigns within Google Adwords, Bing Ads and Yandex Direct networks, Retargeting campaigns within Google Display network by using Google Analytics, and RTB within Google Display Network, Trivago, Tripadvisor, Google Hotel Price Ads... ).
• Planned and supervised CRO and UX actions while the developing many websites and e-commerce checkout funnels.

Even though it wasn't the biggest growth we achieved for a client at Hoteljuice, the accomplishment I felt more proud was having increased the Adwords campaigns ROI (80%) and revenue (30%) of one of the first Gay Hotel Chains in the world.

Tingis.net was an online marketing & web development small agency based in Barcelona and Tangier (Morocco) I contributed to co-found.

Tingis was my first full-time experience as an online marketing manager. As an acquisition manager I was in charge of SEO projects and SEM campaigns for English, Spanish, and French markets at Google Adwords and Bing Ads. We mainly worked with B2B clients, where our main goal was to generate quality leads.

• I planned, executed, and optimised search campaigns in Google Adwords and Bing Ads reporting their performance to the clients. In the PPC field I worked with display campaigns in Google Display Network and Facebook Ads.
• I was in charge of understanding the companies background and planning their keyword and content strategy in order to increase their traffic, as well as presenting and implementing the on-page and off-page actions to increase rankings.
• I was also in search of Social Media profiles in English and Spanish for a company (condorchem.com) so I gained hands- on experience in corporate Social Media and Blogging.
• Finally, I assisted with sales, as I was in charge of providing SEO & SEM audits presenting it to the client.

Alfa9 is an IT Consultancy company based in Barcelona, that provides project development, e-commerce services, IT training and outsourcing.

I did an internship at a division called Outletpack. This division implemented effective e-commerce interfaces for entrepreneurs including the set up of customer acquisition strategies, mainly related with email marketing with big and well segmented data bases.

The internship was supposed to be three months long, but the company and I agreed to extend it for 5 additional months since, I was learning a lot. It was actually during this internship that I felt digital marketing was passion.

My main goals were upload at least 10 online travel packages weekly to itacum.com a flash sale travel agency. Along with building segmented e-blast email campaigns to our 20.000 travel lovers data base to advertise the "bargains". I was also in charge of measuring the Impact of the email campaigns and, reporting to upper management: I used the learnings after each campaign to improve segmentation and email creation.

The British council is a British organisation specialising in international educational and cultural opportunities.I worked at the British Council of Barcelona as a Customer Services Assistant, and my tasks were performing front office tasks, such as assisting new and old students, managing the testing process, as well as other administrative tasks.
