I was responsible for creating upcycled material interiro design, recruiting and training employees, assigning tasks, enforcing cleaning and safety standards, conducting meetings, maintaining inventory, educating and organizing events about sustainable and healthy lifestyle, promoting small Lithuania manufacturers products, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Giving professional and honest feedbackas. Also supervising and delegating tasks, brainstorming new ideas. Motivating team members to believe in and develop their ideas. As an interiro designer my main goal was to reuse waste and create design based on used matertials, components and products such as old furniture and textiles.

• Preparing and presenting healthy and wholesome breakfast and lunch dishes using only gluten free, dairy free, sugar free, plant based organic ingredients

Main responsibilities were to produce sketches, designs and samples for presentation to customers. Have a good knowledge of techniques used for producing fabrics and designs.Generating creative ideas. Knowing famous designs and following fashion brand trends. Keeping up to date and spotting fashion trends in fabric design by reading forecasts in trade magazines and using internet resources. Introducing mood boards and concept.
